We were approached by a business that provides consulting services related to HR strategy & operations, talent management, leadership development, and change management.

After winning the opportunity to support strategic behaviour-change training and activities for a group of over 3,500 employees across the EMEA, the firm knew they needed an extra pair of hands.

How We Helped

Michael Mauro was brought on board to support the design and delivery of many virtual, in-person and hybrid employee development and training programmes.

Working across the client’s EMEA-wide network, Michael Mauro upskilled and developed the team while creating case study activities, group work, self-reflection, quizzes, brainstorming and development planning to help employees learn and grow.
