  • When partnering with you, I’ll immerse myself into your business, learning about your company's vision and long-term aspirations, unique operating context, leadership needs, and burning platform for change. I will explore pre-existing talent and leadership development processes and interventions, review employee engagement data and HR analytics, employee demographics, team structures, customer satisfaction and financial data. I’ll help you shape your strategic leadership development agenda, which will future-proof your business for disruption.

    First, I’ll help you create the vision for your leadership development program and conduct an immersive talent needs analysis to learn about your company's unique needs.

    Then, I’ll make strategic recommendations aligned to your specific context, transformation journey and budget.

    My leadership development programme design will focus on developing leaders and gaining important buy-in from the senior/executive leadership team. This is so participant leaders can receive adequate support from their leaders, and HR across the company. My process includes building relationships with critical stakeholders to ensure maximum impact.

    Finally, I’ll create leadership development interventions and support their facilitation.
