That's why I built Landed Lab. So that capable candidates don't lose out because they didn't understand the hiring process.
Landed Lab is a daily practice platform for students, graduates and early-career professionals, covering situational judgement tests, competency-based interview questions and video interviews.

Why it matters.
Our research found that 57% of young candidates couldn’t tell what employers were actually measuring in psychometric assessments. Just 11% said they found situational judgement tests clear and fair.
For people entering the workforce, applying for internships or work placements, including those who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), that lack of understanding can become another barrier to getting through the door.
That’s a problem.
